Based on a credit check, we reserve the right to restrict certain payment methods or, in exceptional cases, to offer advance transfer or cash on delivery. In the case of direct debit, we will debit the invoice amount as part of a SEPA basic direct debit procedure after 14 days from the invoice date. If you pay by credit card, PayPal or paydirekt, we will debit your account with the shipping of the goods. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

For shipping costs, postage and packaging, we charge the fees specified in the checkout process. It ships within Germany (excluding islands), the EU, parts of the rest of Europe, Canada and the USA. Shipping to countries not listed may not be possible or only at additional cost (e.g. separate transport costs, customs). Before placing your order, please clarify whether shipping to your country is possible.

For orders outside of Germany, we ask that you check on your own responsibility whether taxes and/or customs duties may apply to the items ordered in your country. We expressly point out that our sales price does not include these eventualities.

We will take care of your order as soon as we receive it. Basically, if the goods are available in the warehouse: Ordered today, the goods will be handed over to the shipping company on the same day, at the latest on the next but one working day. Products that are sold out are reordered and are subject to availability and are usually not available at short notice. The expected re-availability is a non-binding indication. When shipping is initiated, you will receive a tracking number from the shipping company commissioned to track the shipping status.
